1. Introduction

Welcome to Fractured Command, operated by Core Assembly.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fractured Command, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the game or related services.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with the laws applicable in your country when using Fractured Command.

If you are under the legal age required in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the game.

4. License to Use

Core Assembly grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fractured Command for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Modify or create derivative versions of the game
• Distribute unauthorized copies
• Use the game for unlawful activities
• Exploit bugs or unintended gameplay mechanics

5. Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or target other players
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Attempt unauthorized access to services or systems
• Interfere with fair gameplay or matchmaking integrity

7. Anti-Cheat and Fair Play

Fractured Command is a competitive online game. Fair gameplay is required.

Unauthorized software, automation, exploits, packet manipulation, memory editing, bots, cheats, hacks, or other unfair gameplay methods are strictly prohibited.

Core Assembly may monitor gameplay behavior, technical behavior, and game integrity systems for anti-cheat, fraud prevention, and security purposes.

8. Online Services

Fractured Command may include multiplayer services, matchmaking, private matches, cloud systems, progression systems, statistics, leaderboards, and other connected functionality.

Core Assembly may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue online features at any time for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

9. Advertising

Fractured Command may include advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements.

Advertisements may appear between gameplay sessions or during certain gameplay flows, but they are not intended to block core gameplay unfairly.

Optional rewarded advertisements may provide in-game benefits only after successful completion of the advertisement.

Advertisement availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, device, network connection, platform, or third-party advertising providers.

10. Virtual Content

Fractured Command may contain virtual items, unlocks, cosmetics, progression systems, and premium content.

Virtual content has no real-world monetary value and remains the property of Core Assembly.

Purchasing or unlocking virtual content grants a limited license to use that content within Fractured Command.

11. Purchases and Payments

Purchases may be processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds and payment disputes are generally governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

12. Intellectual Property

All content related to Fractured Command, including software, code, audio, visuals, gameplay systems, names, logos, trademarks, designs, and associated materials, is owned by Core Assembly or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or modify any part of the game without prior written permission.

13. Updates and Modifications

Core Assembly may release updates, patches, balancing changes, gameplay modifications, technical changes, or content additions at any time.

Gameplay systems, features, statistics, progression, and balancing may change without prior notice.

14. Suspension and Termination

Core Assembly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Fractured Command where necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms
• Protect game integrity
• Protect other players
• Prevent abuse, fraud, or cheating
• Comply with legal obligations

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fractured Command is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Core Assembly does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, compatibility with all devices, or permanent availability of services.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core Assembly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Fractured Command.

This limitation does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Privacy

Your use of Fractured Command is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, processed, and protected.

Core Assembly may update these Terms periodically.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Disputes relating to Fractured Command or these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
